We an immediate opening(s) for Alarm Station Operator in one of our subsidiarity companies.

**About the Role**:
**What you can expect to be doing**:

- Have a courteous and customers’ first approach

**This will be the job for you if you have the ability to**:

- Multi-task and prioritize your tasks (very important) because you are dealing with emergency situations
- Work effectively in a team environment
- Work under pressure in fast paced environment
- Comfortable speaking on the phone
- Have professional customer service attitude
- Be trilingual - English, Cantonese, Mandarin
- Prove a track record of excellent attendance and punctuality
- Have basic knowledge of MS Office
- Prior experience in a call center, customer support, retail or other customer service experience is an asset

**What’s in it for you**:

- You will be required to work on shifts (day, night, graveyard) as our station is 24/7/365. Extra pay for graveyard shifts.
- Paid Training will be provided

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay

- 8 hour shift

- Monday to Friday
