**BILLING SUPERVISOR**

ERTH is located in Ingersoll, Ontario, and is looking for an individual with proven experience to join our team as a Billing Supervisor. The Billing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all of the billing and associated system functions (including Meter Data Management, Settlement and EBT processing). This is a role for someone with the knack for understanding technology, a passion for process improvement, a desire to work with clients and a “hands-on” approach.

**Roles and Responsibilities include**:

- Overseeing, planning, directing, developing and evaluating the billing department; encouraging innovation, continuous improvement, quality assurance and transformation
- Defining, documenting, implementing and managing billing procedures and best practices
- System administration and associated quality management oversight
- Front line troubleshooting to billing related issues
- Client Relationship Management: Ensuring expectations are exceeded through communication and optimal service delivery

**Qualified applicants who meet the following criteria will be considered**:

- Bachelor’s or College Degree in a related field
- 5+ years’ Experience within the utility sector
- 5+ years’ leadership experience, with ability to build a high performing team;
- Proficient knowledge of utility billing and meter management with strong analytical, research and problem solving skills;
- Effective communication skills and commitment to working in a team-based environment with a focus on continuous improvement
- Able to demonstrate strong problem skills and ability to oversee concurrent tasks
- Able to identify opportunities for improvement, lead initiatives, elicit cooperation and drive change; and
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and operate effectively in a fluid, fast paced environment
