**Position**: Procurement Manager

**Location**: Flexible (Moncton, NB, Truro, NS, Dartmouth, NS, or Brackley, PE)

The **Procurement Manager** is responsible for ensuring the dealership has the right parts, equipment, and services available to support sales, service, and operations — at the best value, quality, and timing. This role plays a key part in maintaining up time for customers, supporting profitability, and strengthening supplier relationships across all dealership locations.

**Accountabilities**:

- Ensure Parts Growth Program meets expectations and Dealer Score Points are maximized.
- Lead / coach the procurement team.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors.
- Negotiate advantageous terms and conditions for ECI.
- Track inventory value, turn ratio, and sales.
- Work International DIA system to ensure proper stocking levels and align with parts growth.
- Present opportunities for improvement.
- Inform parts managers and warehouse staff on trailer loads and large transfers.
- Place and combine direct ship orders for all stores and track outstanding orders.
- Prioritize transferring inventory before purchasing from vendors.
- Analyze part sales trends and identify opportunities.
- Weekly and monthly review of parts flyer and transfer and purchase items as required.
- Monitor the must-have list with Managers.
