Primary Responsibilities:
Essential Functions:

- Act as the lead product owner
- Provide documentation, development, implementation, and training support for ERP modules (WMS, TMS, Purchasing, Order Management, Finance & Sales)
- Thoroughly document inconsistencies, issues, concerns for follow-up and/or resolution by the software vendor(s) as needed.
- Responsible for keeping cadence with ERP quarterly upgrade schedule. This includes preparation of the stakeholders involved in regression testing.
- Partner with senior leaders to define and align business and product vision and strategy
- Define and measure business impact, and monitor performance of initiatives and communicate performance metrics to key stakeholders
- Leverage data to understand risks, impacts, scope and priorities of our business objectives, and enable the team to drive results

Minimum Requirements, Qualifications, Additional Skills, Aptitude:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Systems, Information Technology, or related discipline (or equivalent years of experience)
- 15 plus years of experience managing & supporting ERP systems
- Experience with ERP and operational systems implementations is required
- Background in CPG, Distribution, Supply Chain, or Retail industry is required
- Experience with ERP systems like Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, is highly desirable
- Advanced Excel, Visio, and Power BI proficiency
- Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving and research skills
- Proven analytical background
