Come thrive in an environment where your entrepreneurial spirit is rewarded in an Outside Sales role At Ridgeback Basement Systems, we are a family owned and operated foundation repair, basement waterproofing, and crawlspace encapsulation company that operates with employees first. **We encourage applicants residing in NS to apply, as this position services all of NS, NB and PE territory.** As an Outside Sales Representative you will:

- Work with an inside sales team that follows-up with customers to close leads.

- Conduct in-depth consultations and assessments to understand customers' needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Present proposals and estimates to each customer, effectively communicating the value of our services.
- Meet and exceed sales goals while maintaining high levels of customer satisfactions.
- **Requirements**:_
- **EXPERIENCE**: Minimum of 1 years sales experience in Outside Sales, Construction Sales, Territory Sales Representative, Account Manager / Inside Sales or Account Executive encouraged to apply. A combination of education and experience that illustrates a proven track record in this field.
- **The ability to meet the following requirements**: Valid Drivers License and ability to meet the requirements of the Motor Vehicle Record and background check.
- Ability to understand, speak, read, and write in English.
- **To ensure the safety and security of our team and customers, all positions are contingent upon successful completion of a standard background check.**_

Pay: Starting $35,000 ( base salary during training, transitioning to full commission)
