**Position Overview**:Flower Frenzy Ltd. is seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to lead our floral boutique. The Store Manager will play a key role in overseeing daily operations, managing a talented team, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the flower shop, ensuring a seamless and efficient workflow.
- Supervise and motivate staff, providing training and guidance as needed.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, placing orders for flowers and supplies as required.
- Ensure the highest standards of customer service are met, addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
- Implement sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.
- Create and maintain an inviting and visually appealing store environment.
- Manage scheduling, payroll, and other administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with the floral design team to showcase and promote new arrangements.
- Analyze sales data and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Uphold Flower Frenzy Ltd.'s commitment to quality and excellence.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a managerial role, preferably in the floral or retail industry.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Passion for floral design and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
- Knowledge of inventory management and basic accounting principles.
- Familiarity with floral industry trends and customer preferences.

Pay: $21.45 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
