**Overview**
The Check In Host is responsible for welcoming guests to LaunchPad and kicking off their
experience You play an important role in the start of the guest experience with a seamless
check-in using our reservation system. As the first face our guests see, you will be required to
understand how our technology works, how to play and have fun in our space. To give our
guests the best experience you will be the pro of Top Tracer and POS programs. Check in is a
crucial piece to the Launchpad experience.

**Responsibilities**
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:

- Welcome guests to LaunchPad with a seamless check-in experience
- Understand reservation booking technology to properly manage the day-to-day bookings

of guests. Take in and respond to requests that come in through Seven Rooms
- Ability to creatively solve minor issues that can arise, while keeping the guest focused

experience
- Able to navigate SevenRooms to set up the team for success
- Understand and be able to troubleshoot minor Top Tracer technology and explain to

guests how it works while in the suite
- add more time, suggest games, or even brag
about your high score
- Report daily bookings to the manager on duty to ensure proper execution of the day and

have preference sheets ready for the day's group events.
- Communicate with the sales team with regards to private bookings and group events
- Strong knowledge of LaunchPad merchandise able to explain the benefits of the

products to our guests
- Ensure that the check-in area is always clean and presentable
- Keep constant communication with F&B team whether it be about enhancing the guests

experience or to execute suite turnovers
- Other duties as assigned or required

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year in the hospitality or golf industry, preferred, not required
- A good understanding of technology platforms or the eagerness to learn
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to stay flexible and eager to learn
- Have confidence in front of guests, able to greet and ensure that they will be in fo
- Be time efficient, recognize the down times and be comfortable to task others to

keep up with daily and weekly checklists from management
- A strong team player who isn’t afraid to show appreciation and give support to

fellow staff members
- Being organized is a must
- Highly dependable. We want to count on you Flexible schedule, including

evenings, weekends, or holidays
- ProServe Certified
- Ability to have fun and encourage others to enjoy themselves at

LaunchPad

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 25-40 per week

**Salary**: From $15.00 per hour
