Sukhi Bath Truck Centre is looking for a permanent full-time **Receptionist**. This position is based at our dealership located at 15284 Fleetwood Drive Surrey, BC.

As a key member of our team, the Receptionist has a strong understanding of our dealership’s brand and is therefore expected to maintain the highest standard of professional and personal conduct and integrity at all times.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Efficiently communicate with customers to ensure they have received the highest level of customer service. Must address any concerns to corresponding managers.
- Utilize our Customer Relations Management (CRM) software to input customer data. Online training is provided.
- Data entry into the CRM software.
- Answer incoming phone calls, determine the purpose of the phone call, and forward it to the appropriate personnel or department.
- Perform basic bookkeeping, filing and clerical duties.
- Stocking stationary supplies for the dealership.
- Greet customers and provide assistance with information, direction or refer them to the correct staff member.
- The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of customer service.
- Maintain the customer lounge area by keeping it tidy and organized. Refill coffee machine and stock the beverages fridge.

**Qualifications**:

- Self-motivated and proactive. Results driven approach.
- Team player mindset, highly organized and energetic.
- Excellent customer service skills and takes initiative to learns new skills and improve administrative processes.
- Strong attention to detail and professionalism.
- Professional personal appearance.
- Ability to speak English fluently.
- Must be eligible to work full time in Canada.

**Compensation/Benefits**:
Medical and dental benefits provided after Probation Period of 90 days.

**Salary**: To be determined based on experience.

This is a Full Time position.

Pay: $17.00-$26.00 per hour
