As a welder production, you will be responsible for welding and fabricating metal components for a variety of products. Your attention to detail, precision, and ability to work with various metals will be crucial in ensuring high-quality and sturdy finished products. This is a physically demanding role that requires strength, agility, and a commitment to maintaining safety standards.

**Responsibilities**
- Weld and fabricate metal components according to blueprints and specifications
- Operate welding equipment, such as TIG, MIG, or arc welders, to join metal parts together
- Perform quality checks to ensure welded products meet the required standards
- Maintain and repair welding equipment as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects within deadlines
- Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Keep records of completed work and materials used

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a welder, preferably in a production environment
- Proficient in various welding techniques, including TIG, MIG, and arc welding
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and precision
- Physical stamina and strength to handle heavy materials and work in various positions
- Strong knowledge of welding safety guidelines and procedures
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent certification in welding

Pay: $20.53-$22.67 per hour
