This opportunity is a 6-month contract with opportunity to be offered a permanent position if you exceed performance expectations._

Lift currently owns/operates 67 collision repair centers located in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Ontario and Yukon Territories with close to 900 employees and plans for continued, sustainable expansion coast to coast.

What does it take to be in consideration?
- **Previous experience in collision estimating is an asset but not required.**:

- Strong communication skills, attention to detail and desire to strive for excellence.
- A basic understanding of insurance companies’ guidelines.
- Comprehensive understanding of the entire repair process.
- In-depth knowledge of estimating software (i.e. Mitchell and Qapter) is an asset.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Proven track record of high-quality customer service.
- Ability to effectively manage and prioritize competing tasks.
- Ability to demonstrate initiative and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and develop additional knowledge.

**Career Overview/Responsibilities**:

- Inspect vehicle for damage and create repair plan and estimate the cost of damage.
- Booking and scheduling the repair, transport, rental cars, insurance information and collecting payment.
- Oversee the quality of repair and ensure accurately completes estimates according to company standard operations procedures for estimates and parts.
- Supporting the ordering and sourcing of parts.
- Accurately posting invoices in a timely manner.
- Ensures customers have a clear understanding of their insurance and are aware of any required deductibles.

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
