- 20-25 hours/week (3 days/week)
- Available for 5-8 hour shifts that end at 9:15 pm (7:15pm on Sundays)
- Fluency in Mandarin is an asset but not a requirement
- Interested in long-term employment (ie. from now until at least October 2025 but preferably longer)
- Comfortable approaching customers, being on your feet for long periods of time, lifting, pushing, pulling up to 30 lbs/14 kg, climbing ladders and stairs, etc.
- Punctual, outgoing, strong work ethic, mature, reliable team player
- Excellence in sales/customer service/communication skills

**A Typical Day with Us...**:

- Approaching customers, offering a welcoming environment and exceptional service
- Cash-handling, generating sales
- Keeping store clean, well-stocked and visually appealing
- Taking out garbage, lifting, pushing and pulling heavy boxes, pulling heavy pieces of luggage from boxes
- Processing shipments & online orders
- Understanding, developing and communicating to customers product knowledge
- Adhering to procedures, policies and practices which align with company directives
