**Responsibilities**:

- Analyze data and develop plans for land use, zoning, public facilities, and services.
- Conduct research on urban planning topics such as transportation, housing, economic development, and environmental issues.
- Work with stakeholders to develop plans that meet their needs.
- Conduct public hearings and meetings to discuss proposed plans.
- Develop plans that are in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Prepare reports and presentations for public consumption.
- Monitor the implementation of plans.
