**Salary**: $1,850.65 to $2,261.84 bi-weekly ($48,301 to $59,034/year)

If so, join us Print Services provides scheduled daily client server-based and mainframe print, on demand print projects, and mechanical inserting services to the Government of Alberta customers.
Print Services work contributes to the overall achievement of ministries and your ability to adhere and meet timelines will ensure all government programs receive the print products they need to serve Albertans efficiently and effectively. Your ability to develop networks will enable you to work with customers to make any necessary changes and address concerns related to their documents.
Print Services is one team working together to ensure products are printed and inserted seamlessly.
- Reporting to the Print Services Supervisor, the Inserter Operator will be responsible for all production envelope inserting in accordance with service level agreements (SLA’s). This includes material and machine setup; operating mechanical inserters while performing quality checks. Confirm the final product reconciliation according to established processes prior to releasing material for Canada Post.
- Excellent time management and prioritizing skills are required to meet daily timelines. Responsibility for running daily reports, producing electronic statements of mailing, maintaining envelope stock inventory.
- Mechanical and troubleshooting skills to determine issues to maximize efficiency and minimize inserter downtime.
- The ability to work in a fast paced and quickly changing environment.
- The ability to lift up to 50 lbs. at one time, as well as, bending and kneeling.
- The ability to push, pull loaded skids, and stand for long periods of time.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to customer service.
- The capacity to function independently and contribute collaboratively and effectively within a team environment with mínimal supervision and a high degree of personal accountability and professionalism.

- Ability to multitask and organize conflicting priorities with competing deadlines.
**Qualifications**:
A high school diploma with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-speed envelope inserting production environment. Consideration will be given in having minimum of 2 years of experience mail processing experience.
**Required**:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-speed envelope inserting production environment.
- Experience working with and knowledge of Canada Post tools, regulations, and rates.
- Experience and the ability to stand for long periods and which will include frequent bending.
- Experience and ability to handle repetitive lifting items of up to 50 lbs.
- Experience and ability to operate loaded skids (push/pull) and supplies.
- Ability and willingness to work shifts, and rotations, which may include overtime, including weekends as required at various times throughout the year to meet service level agreements.
**Assets**:
- Experience and in-depth knowledge of mail management tools and technology. (eg: Quadient - inserters/mail management software tools, or equivalent. Canada Post software such as creating Electronic Statements of Mailing (ESOM).)
- Experience working in a warehouse environment.
- Experience in a customer service-oriented environment.
