**Job responsibilities**

The role of the Corporate Finance Analyst is to play a key role in supporting financial decision-making and driving strategic initiatives for TFG Financial Corporation.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and presentations for senior management, investors, and stakeholders
- Monitor and analyze key financial metrics and performance indicators to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Support the evaluation of investment opportunities, capital allocation decisions, and strategic initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights for financial analysis and reporting
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes that may impact our business

**Qualifications, knowledge and experience**
- A strong sense of integrity, professionalism and a results-oriented attitude to continually improve processes and systems, enhance efficiency, and contribute to overall organizational success
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 1+ years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, or a related field
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and financial analysis
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial software (i.e. Tableau)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex financial concepts into clear and concise presentations
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting
