We are looking for a **Front Cashier (Receptionist) **to join our team in FreshPoint Vancouver.

The **Front Cashier (Receptionist) **is responsible for providing excellent customer service to ensure overall customer satisfaction is achieved. This individual will operate switch board, screen calls, prepare daily report and invoice, process payment and perform receptionist duties. This role will be required to be 100% on site.

**Schedule**:

- Monday to Friday 7am - 3:30pm

**Responsibilities**:

- Operating switch board/Screen Calls
- Transfer calls to departments accordingly
- Manually calculate Front Sale’s invoices with electric calculator
- Charging customers by using Visa machine
- Posting invoices through AS400 system
- Close and Balance everyday Front Sale’s report
- Prepare daily report for A/R
- Using Fax & printer machines
- Greeting & Helping visitors
- Receive & distribute office packages
- Require detail orientation
- Handle multi tasks

**Qualifications and Job Requirements**:

- Completion of post-secondary education
- Previous experience in an office administration, reception, or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written communications

**Location**:1020 Malkin Ave, Vancouver, BC V6A 3S9. Accessible to multiple bus lines.
