**SUMMARY**

Responsible for the daily maintenance of the pawn store; including providing superb customer service and promoting the business of 107 Loan Centre.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Maintaining professionalism at all times when representing 107 Loan Centre.
- Promoting the business by developing professional relationships with clients, promoting marketing material.
- Partner with coworkers to create a positive and memorable customer experience
- Greet and interact with customers to determine their individual needs and recommend appropriate financial solutions
- Assist customers with buying decisions. Have a basic understanding of product values, loan terms, interest, and collateral
- Effectively communicate to customers the legal aspects of the pawn and buy transactions **General store duties and other duties as assigned.**

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in order to analyze data
- Maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public
- Outstanding salesmanship
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Able to lift 50 - 100lbs of mattress and self-motivation
- Excellent work ethic and strong business sense
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

**EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE**

Completion of High School Diploma

Working Hours **:Mon-Fri**: 11:00pm - 7:00pm **Sat& Sun**: 11:00am - 3:00pm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 40 per week

**Salary**: $15.00 per hour
