**Overview**

**Duties**
- Assist in warehouse distribution tasks, ensuring efficient flow of goods.
- Build and fabricate items as needed for shipping or storage.
- Loading and unloading of plastic and sand in the machines.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as reach trucks and order pickers safely and efficiently.
- Shredding of plastic and other plastic waste in the shredder.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

**Skills**
- Experience in warehouse distribution is preferred.
- Ability to operate heavy equipment, including reach trucks, safely.
- Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues as they arise.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a focus on communication and collaboration.

Pay: $15.00-$17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 - 44 per week
