**Position Overview**

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Desktop Publisher to join our marketing and creative team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Design, edit, and produce sales and marketing materials including price lists, catalogues, brochures, point-of-purchase (POP) displays, packaging, and other collateral.
- Prepare files for print and digital output, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and brand compliance across all formats.
- Manage prepress and production tasks, including printing, collating, binding, and finishing of all sales and promotional materials.
- Work with the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system to organize, store, and retrieve assets for internal teams and external partners.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality creative content.
- Conduct quality checks and proofing of materials before final release.
- Support ongoing improvements in workflow efficiency and asset version control.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) with strong production-ready design skills.
- Experience in desktop publishing, prepress, and print production workflows.
- Familiarity with Digital Asset Management systems.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Keen eye for detail, typography, and layout.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating within a fast-paced creative team.
- Post-secondary diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Desktop Publishing, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in a publishing, marketing, or print production environment is an asset.

**Hours of Work**

Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm. Additional hours may be required as needed.

**Remuneration**

Range is based on experience, qualifications, and expertise.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $21.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 44 per week
