Responsibilities:

- Perform quality inspections on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products
- Utilize various measuring tools and equipment such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure product specifications are met
- Collect and analyze data to identify trends or issues in product quality
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions
- Conduct regular audits of production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of quality assurance activities
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in quality assurance or quality control preferred
- Strong knowledge of quality management principles and practices
- Proficient in data collection and analysis techniques
- Familiarity with QA/QC procedures and standards
- Ability to fabricate or modify inspection tools as needed
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to analyze complex information
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
