We are seeking dynamic Servers to join our service team at The Jolly Coachman, our beloved neighborhood pub. Our Servers are known for building genuine connections with our valued customers while embodying the essence of hospitality through exceptional service.

As a Server, you will:

- Deliver outstanding guest experiences by anticipating and fulfilling their needs with your exceptional multitasking abilities.
- Foster authentic connections with guests through engaging and meaningful interactions, enhancing their overall experience.
- Act as a problem solver and supportive team member, utilizing your multitasking and communication skills to address challenges and make informed decisions.
- Showcase your passion for hospitality through extensive menu and product knowledge, further elevating the guest experience.
- Demonstrate adaptability and organizational skills to excel in various situations, ensuring a seamless experience for guests.

What we're looking for:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the restaurant industry.
- A genuine passion for hospitality, teamwork, and creating enjoyable experiences for guests.
- Openness to learning, receiving feedback, and participating in coaching and mentorship programs.
- Dedication to fostering a supportive and engaging environment for both team members and guests.
- Legal authorization to work in Canada.

What you'll receive:

- Hourly rate starting at $17.40 (plus gratuities).
