**_ What you’ll do:_**
- Plan, execute, and measure A/B tests and experiments;
- Learn and implement digital marketing best practices into campaigns, while remaining up to date on all industry trends;
- A working knowledge and understanding of OSEG’s business;
- Track and analyze weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual performance reports, identify drivers and make recommendations for improvement.

**_ What’s needed:_**
- Post-secondary degree in a related field;
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or design. New graduates are encouraged to apply;
- Strong ability to work as a team and to meet deadlines accordingly;
- Strong organization and time management skills;
- Attention to detail, Innovative;
- Strong proficiency in both written and spoken English;
- Data-driven mindset;
- Proven ability or acumen to detect and troubleshoot technical issues;
- Coding skills such as HTML and CSS are considered an asset but are not required;
- A working knowledge of written French is considered and asset, but not required.
