**As an Interior Finishes Superintendent**:
You are the driving force behind ensuring our projects adhere to precise drawings and specifications, meeting all milestones, safety standards, and the highest quality expectations.

Whether it's overseeing the installation of intricate finish carpentry, millwork, wall fixtures, or other interior finishes, your vigilant supervision ensures that everything aligns with the project's exacting requirements. You're not afraid to roll up your sleeves and lead by example.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Quality Finishes**: Oversee all interior finishing work to guarantee it meets or exceeds the highest quality standards.
- **Project Excellence**: Ensure that projects are executed as per precise drawings and specifications, meeting all milestones, safety standards, and quality expectations.
- **Team Leadership**: Lead and inspire your team, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to perform at their best.

- **Hands-On Approach**:Lead by example, actively participating in the work to ensure the highest quality finishes.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience Matters**: A minimum of 5 years of experience in interior finishing and supervision.
- **Proven Track Record**: Demonstrated success in completing interior finishing projects on time and within budget.
- **Technical Expertise**:In-depth knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and finishing processes.
- **Leadership Skills**: Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
- Communication Savvy: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- **Blueprint Proficiency**: Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
- **Safety Awareness**:Knowledge of safety regulations and standards.
- Knowledge of BC Building Code.

**Salary**: $90,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
