You are an Interior Finishing Superintendent known for your attention to detail and for ensuring quality product is delivered. You have walked countless miles of floor space in concrete high-rise condo/apartments and/or low to mid-rise and/or townhouse wood frame multi-family development projects.

**You will**

**Daily**
- Provide leadership and direction to safety professionals and all other site personnel
- Ensure all established site processes are being properly maintained
- Supervise and coordinate the interior finishing sub-trades
- Maintain schedule targets on a floor-by-floor basis
- Review drawings and submittals for conformance with project specifications by direct review and by leveraging the knowledge and experience of others on the project team
- Conduct periodic follow-up inspections to verify that work is proceeding with the contract documents and approved submittals
- Maintain the project 'as-built' drawings
- Assemble and forward project closeout documents that include O&M manuals, as-builts and warranties
- Stop work, if necessary, to resolve matters that affect safety, quality and/or inhibit the logical progress of work
- Prepare and complete daily job diaries
- Ensure site complies with the project Health & Safety Plan
- Monitor on site operations for quality compliance - ensure quality issues are dealt with accordingly to established project processes.
- Provide leadership and general direction as required
- Mentor/coach/supervise field operations

**Weekly**
- Attend weekly look-ahead schedules
- Review and assign action regarding formal and daily safety inspections
- Participate in Project Team meetings

**Monthly**
- Perform a formal safety inspection
- Ensure all required monthly reporting is complete and submitted

**What you have**
- Minimum of 8+ years multi-family residential concrete and/or wood frame construction experience in a supervisory capacity
- Intermediate computer skills: MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
