**Job Description**:
As the Specialist, Diversity & Inclusion you will support the Director, Diversity & Inclusion in executing and implementing on D&I initiatives and programs supporting CG’s D&I strategy. This role will be a key point of contact in supporting and partnering on key initiatives to advance inclusion across Canada Goose.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the D&I Director and the People & Culture team in the development, management, and implementation of D&I programs, with a focus on education & awareness across CG globally
- Support the D&I Director in the development and management of the D&I calendar, coordination of events including communications, while partnering with key stakeholders
- Develop and maintain project planning tools with up-to-date info for programs/initiatives and keeping stakeholders informed
- Conduct industry research using online tools and publications; identify opportunities and make recommendations to inform the development of D&I programs
- Partner and collaborate with internal teams (i.e. HR, Internal Communications, Talent Acquisition, Corporate Citizenship, Inclusion Advisory Council) to promote, champion and highlight D&I initiatives
- Support with collection, analysis and compilation of D&I metrics and provide meaningful recommendations
- Perform other related duties as assigned
**About You**:

- 2+ years’ experience in the diversity and inclusion space
- A connection and understanding of underrepresented groups
- Some understanding and experience with best-practices, policies, processes, and metrics in D&I
- Strong relationship building skills and ability to influence, share different ideas and perspectives and operate in a matrix organization
- Embrace continuous improvement by proposing new and/or better ways of doing things
- A clear and succinct communicator (verbal and written); excellent listening skills
- Excellent technical ability (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
