**Main Responsibilities**:
Inbound calls - answering customer billing and sales inquiries, creating new accounts, taking payments, basic trouble shooting customer issues.

Outbound calls - reminding customers of their installation, repair, billing and equipment delivery dates.

**Requirements**:

- Call center experience - minimum 3 months
- Minimum High School Diploma
- Demonstrates excellence in verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with using computer systems for data entry
- Punctual and committed to work schedule
- Pass a criminal record check
- Demonstrates the ability to listen, understand and respond appropriately
- Great sense of humor
