**What This Role Actually Is**

This is a **hands-on, field-first leadership role**.

You will:

- Lead by example in **door-to-door, face-to-face sales**:

- Take over **field training** after initial classroom on-boarding
- Coach, develop, and support reps in real-world conditions
- Set daily expectations for activity, professionalism, and results
- Own performance and growth within your assigned market

**This is a player-coach role, you will sell, train, and lead from the field.**

This is not a recruiting role.
Classroom training is handled centrally.
Your focus is execution, development, and consistency in the field.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintain personal sales production while leading the team
- Lead from the front through consistent field activity and results
- Conduct in-field shadowing and daily coaching
- Reinforce sales systems, expectations, and culture
- Develop new hires into confident, consistent producers
- Identify and develop future leaders within the team

**Compensation & Growth**
- Current compensation structure (base + performance-based earnings)
- Leadership compensation plan introdu**ced once a team is established**:

- Mileage reimbursement
- **C**lear progression into expanded leadership roles as the market grows

Pay: From $1,250.00 per week
