Roles and Responsibilities

As Cybersecurity Architect (Merger & Acquisition) for CMA CGM Group, you will provide technical direction, oversight and execution guidance for all the stakeholders on the pre-diligence, due diligence, and integration activities concerning M&As and investments.

You are passionate about helping teams with infrastructure design and implementation, creating policies, paths and standards to guide our peers, and identifying and prioritizing CMA CGM Group data and infrastructure risks. You'll facilitate relationships between numerous Cyber Security teams, identifying opportunities to collaborate and to execute against a larger vision. We do not expect expertise in all of the team responsibility areas, but we do expect you to be fluent with almost all of them and demonstrate technical expertise in several.

**For this, you will have to**:
Support technology due diligence projects and IT assessments by providing deep architectural knowledge

Lead the tech architecture investigation in tech due diligence projects, to assess the current and “to-be” states of tech platforms

Responsible for designing and overseeing the building of secure enterprise network systems as well as for analyzing network data and systems to select the most appropriate control mechanism for the security required

Review early-stage designs, helping develop threat models, scaling impact by curating blessed security patterns, guidance and training

Recognize and adopt best practices in security engineering fields throughout the Group

Analyze trends, news and changes in threat and compliance environment with respect to CMA Group risk, advising management and developing and executing plans for compliance and mitigation of risk

Act as a mentor and contribute to the development of the IT team, but also develop and maintain close working relationships with business stakeholders, IT & operational teams and Architecture Teams

Participate as an expert in Cyber Security infrastructure incident analysis and other investigations, conduct Cyber Security vulnerability analysis and risk assessments to identify current and emerging threats and their drivers of attack, assess operational risk levels and means in place, including mitigation strategies for these risks

**Qualifications**:
**Education**:
Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant degree in Cyber Security field.

**Knowledge and Experience**:
Min. 10 years of experience in design, implementation and operation of large-scale security architecture solutions in a large and complex environment

Up-to-date with cyber and information security trends and threats facing financial services, e-business solutions, and high volumes online systems

Strongly recognized for your ability to develop and drive the commercial characteristics of security solutions e.g. designing security architecture based on financial targets, such as balancing the security needs with the business requirements to deliver world-class service to internal and external customers

**You bring strong knowledge in these areas of IT Security**: Secure Access Service Edge (SASE), Zero Trust access models, Secure Software Defined Networking (LAN and WAN), Secure Network Architectures

You are also ideally certified CISSP, CSSP or GIAC, and bring a very good knowledge of standards, regulations and law governing the security of information (NIST, ISO 27001)

**Other**:
Analytical, pragmatic, but also able to influence through a strong IT expertise and negotiate with various stakeholders in a customer-oriented approach, you bring for that leadership, team spirit, creativity, rigor and quality skills

Ability to plan, organize and drive projects, managing properly time and priorities
