Trattoria Mercatto, located in the heart of the **Toronto Eaton Centre**, is currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic **Bartender** to join our team.

We’re looking for someone who brings precision, creativity, and hospitality to every shift—and knows how to balance speed and style behind the bar.

**WHAT YOU’LL DO**:

- Craft a wide range of cocktails, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and care
- Create a welcoming and upbeat bar environment that keeps guests coming back
- Provide thoughtful recommendations and demonstrate strong menu knowledge
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area throughout service
- Collaborate with FOH and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service
- Follow all health & safety guidelines and uphold our service standards
- Support inventory, restocking, and opening/closing duties

**WHO YOU ARE**:

- You have prior bartending experience in a busy restaurant or bar setting
- You're confident with classic cocktails and love creating seasonal features
- You're familiar with POS systems (bonus if you’ve used Silverware)
- You have excellent communication skills and a strong guest-first mindset
- You’re SmartServe certified and knowledgeable about food safety practices
