As we continue to expand our operations, we are looking for a motivated and organized Junior Dispatcher to join our team.

As a Junior Dispatcher at W.O Stinson, you will play a crucial role in coordinating the scheduling and dispatching of our fleet to ensure the timely delivery of goods. You will work closely with our dispatch team to gain hands-on experience in the Fuel/Propane industry and develop valuable skills for your career growth. Full Time hours and Office On-Call Rotation required

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in scheduling and dispatching drivers to various locations.
- Communicate with drivers to provide route instructions and updates.
- Monitor vehicle locations and update status in real-time.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
- Assist in resolving any operational issues or delays.
- Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize dispatch processes.
- Office On-Call Rotation as required.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in using dispatch software (training will be provided).
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Previous experience in dispatching or logistics is a plus but not required.

Pay: $20.00-$27.00 per hour
