**Pre-requisite Qualifications (knowledge, skills, attributes, accreditations, training, experience)**:

- Fluent oral and written English with strong communication skills
- very important
- Preferred minimum 1-year experience in Warehousing (including working in a commercial freezer environment)
- Attention to detail
- Ability to solve problems in a timely manner
- Able to work in a team environment
- Exposure to cold work environment (Blast Freezer)
- Previous warehouse or related experience is an asset
- Knowledge of Health & Safety, BRC, GMP and HACCP requirements
- Accurate reading, writing and basic mathematical/counting skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Reach lift and electric pump truck certification an asset, knowledge of the equipment is needed

**Job Summary (purpose of job, what is done, how)**:

- The Selector selects Baker St products to fill customer orders for delivery
- He/she sorts through damaged goods, organizes the freezers, rotates and replenishes stock
- Support timely, accurate and complete documentation of inventory levels at the warehouse

**Working Conditions (physical requirements, hours, travel, other)**:

- Capable of lifting up to 19KG
- Able to stand for extended periods and perform a variety of activities which may include lifting, bending, stretching, squatting, pulling; exposure to heat or cold, blast freezer
- Variable hours as noted above

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
