FLORAL CLERK

**Location**:McKenzie Corner, 1286 McKenzie Ave., Victoria, BC V8P 5P2

THE ROLE
- Assist in the preparation and arrangement of cut flowers and foliage.
- Maintain giftware displays, ensuring price accuracy.
- Assess customer needs and make appropriate design recommendations.
- Care for a large inventory of cut flowers.
- Receive and price retail merchandise orders.
- Work collaboratively with the floral team to create custom orders.
- Work with mínimal supervision and be a team player.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
- Minimum 1 year experience in the floral industry, willing to train the right applicant who has some floral exposure.
- Outstanding customer service and consultation skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours including days, nights and weekends.
