**Job description**:
**Job requirements**:
Applicants must take pride in their work and be invested in providing tenants with a clean living environment. Such duties include but aren’t limited to:

- Cleaning all common areas of a large apartment building.
- Cleaning & Stocking Washrooms.
- Detailed cleaning of windows & stainless steel.
- Using a step ladder.
- Picking up litter around the grounds.
- Sweeping & mopping large areas
- Spot treating carpet stains with a small carpet extractor.
- The position also requires that any issues we observe such as leaks, security issues, etc. be communicated to management.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handling keys and FOB’s
- Working in a safe manner
- Reporting any unsafe conditions
- Use personal protective equipment as required
- Executing elevator move bookings
- Monitoring levels of supplies

**Working conditions**:
Applicants must be available to work Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm.

**Skills**:

- Attention to detail
- Ability to switch around garbage compactor bins in garbage room an asset
- Ability to send messages and pictures via cell phone
- Ability to lift 44 lbs (filling softener salt tanks) an asset
- Managing their time effectively
- Strong work ethic
- Able to follow schedules and checklists

**Salary**:
$18.25/hour to start. Additional health benefits available after 6 months of full time employment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $18.25 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
