Our growing company is looking for new people to join our evening shift team. Our factory is modern and we're offering competitive salary as well as premium for this position and possibility to growth.
Our factory is accessible by public transportation or we have the onsite parking for everyone. The schedule is from Monday to Friday from 3pm to 11pm.
**Duties and responsibilities**:
- Recording needs and projects, prioritizing tasks and urgent matters while coordinating effectively tasks by suggesting which team member is best suited for each task
- Complying with Health and Safety rules and ensuring that all of the team members work safely
- Training new employees and coaching others in acquiring new skills relevant to upkeeping the facilities
- Be responsible for Sanitation on-time output and work quality
- Monitor work and trigger corrective actions by collecting & analyzing data
- Share a trusting relationship with workgroup and recruit, manage and develop plant staff
- Address employees’ issues or grievances and collaborate effectively with the team members
- Work on different production areas (packaging, roasting, coating) and others
- Perform various physical and repetitive tasks
- Keep the workplace clean at all times
- Communicate the needs and observations to the supervisor
- Performing other tasks as required
- Adhere to all sanitation cleaning standard operating procedures, work instructions, and requirements.
- Adhere to all equipment disassemble and assemble standard operation procedures, work instructions, and requirements.
- Clean processing equipment, roof, ceiling, walls, and floors using specific procedures as directed.
- Perform all responsibilities following established Food Safety, and Health & Safety policies and procedures.
- Keep the supervisor informed of any unsanitary or unsafe practices that may be occurring in the plant.
- Job responsibilities are not limited to the above and other duties may be assigned as required.
**Profile**:
- Highschool diploma or experience in similar field
- 1 Year experience as a team manager
- 1 year experience in Industrial sanitation or cleaning
- Confortable speaking Englis. French an asset
- Someone who's able to stay active and handle a fast pasted environment for the entire shift
- Someone who takes initiative and who's able to work autonomously without that much supervision
- Someone who's comfortable to work in a teamwork environment.
**Benefits**:
- 1.00$/h premium for the sanitation work
- 2.00$/h premium for the evening shift
- Salary increase after 3 months of continuous service
- Collective insurance after 3 months.
