Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Sales Team Member to join our team on-site in Québec, QC. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions from Sani Marc's wide range of products and services. Responsibilities include conducting sales visits, preparing proposals, meeting sales targets, and providing after-sales support. Additionally, the Sales Team Member will collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies that ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills, with an ability to build lasting relationships.
- Proficiency in sales techniques, client needs analysis, and creating tailored proposals.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to offer innovative solutions to customer challenges.
- Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and achieve sales targets.
- Knowledge of or experience in cleaning, sanitation, or related industries is an asset.
- Proficiency in using relevant software tools for communication and sales processes.
- Fluency in French and English (both written and verbal) is preferred.
- Driver's license and willingness to travel within the region as required.
