**Position: Marketing and Content Specialist (Part-Time with Potential for Full-Time)**

Shisha Nova, a leading lifestyle brand in the hookah industry, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Marketing and Content Specialist. This position will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand presence and engaging our audience through effective marketing strategies, content creation, graphic design, event planning, and writing.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and curate social media content calendar, ensuring timely and consistent posts that align with our brand voice and objectives.
- Collaborate with our photographer and videographer to create compelling visual content that effectively communicates our brand story and values.
- Design visually appealing graphics, banners, and marketing collateral that align with our brand guidelines.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize content for search engine optimization (SEO) to improve organic visibility.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and implement innovative marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Assist in event planning and coordination, including trade events and other promotional activities.
- Handle store tasks as needed to gain firsthand experience and understand customer needs, which will inform marketing strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Strong writing skills and the ability to create engaging and persuasive content.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
