**Duties**
- Assist in overseeing daily store operations and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Manage cash handling procedures, including cashiering and POS operations.
- Support inventory management by assisting with stock organization, ordering supplies, and conducting regular audits.
- Train and supervise staff members, promoting teamwork and effective communication.
- Implement promotional strategies to enhance sales and customer engagement.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store to create an inviting environment for customers.
- Assist in budgeting processes and financial reporting as needed.

**Skills**
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficient in cashiering and POS systems to ensure accurate transactions.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers.
- Experience in store management or retail operations is preferred.
- Ability to negotiate with vendors for purchasing supplies or inventory.
- Familiarity with budgeting processes to assist in financial planning.
- Effective phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries professionally.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution.

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
