**FRONT OF HOUSE MANAGER - MINIMUM 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE**

We currently own and operate four restaurants and employ over 150 staff. **WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**

Lead bartenders and server-supervisors are welcome to apply.

**WHAT TO EXPECT**

You will work a 50-hour workweek depending on how well the business needs you. You will report to your Operations Manager and work closely with your team. You will have compassion for your team and continuously help people grow.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Oversee FoH/BoH operations
- Work with BoH management and create an environment of being one team.
- Handling guests' issues and organizing the floor for dinner.
- Oversee host, bartenders, servers
- Provide training and follow-up with new hires.
- Be responsible for labour costs and FOH inventory control.
- Ensure consistent product quality.
- Assist in bar menu content and design
- Work on restaurant efficiencies.
- Workplace safety.
- Labour relations.
- Working with the Operations Manager to develop new creative ideas.
- Maintain a unique workplace culture.

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year

- 10 hour shift
