Position Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, marinate, and grill shawarma and other menu items to brand standards.
- Operate in a fast-paced line cook environment while maintaining consistency and speed.
- Ensure proper food handling, storage, and sanitation protocols are followed at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including equipment and prep areas.
- Collaborate with kitchen team members to deliver high-quality meals during peak hours.
- Uphold Shawarma Royale’s commitment to food safety, customer satisfaction, and brand excellence.

**Qualifications**:

- **Minimum 2 years’ experience** as a Shawarma Chef, Grill Cook, or Line Cook in the QSR/restaurant industry.
- **Valid Food Handler Certificate** (Ontario).
- Strong knife skills, grilling techniques, and knowledge of Middle Eastern flavor profiles.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Proven ability to multitask under pressure while delivering consistent quality.
- Positive team-player attitude with a focus on efficiency and results.

Pay: From $17.60 per hour
