**About Us**

Wolfenburg Roofing is one of Ottawa’s leading commercial and residential roofing companies, specializing in **flat roofing systems, roof repairs, and maintenance**. With a reputation for quality workmanship and integrity, we’re expanding our reach — and we’re looking for a motivated **Business Development / Sales Representative** to join our growing team.

**About the Role**

As a Sales Representative at Wolfenburg Roofing, you’ll be the face of the company for property owners, managers, and businesses in need of roofing solutions. You’ll generate leads, build relationships, and close deals for **roof inspections, repairs, maintenance plans, and full replacements**.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and contact potential commercial and residential clients.
- Conduct on-site visits, inspections, and consultations.
- Prepare and present roofing service proposals and quotes.
- Follow up on leads, referrals, and networking opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Represent Wolfenburg Roofing professionally in the community.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Proven experience in **sales, business development, or account management** (experience in construction, roofing, or property management is a plus).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a hunter mentality — driven to find and close new business.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and work both independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Pay: $94,400.00-$149,837.95 per year
