**Responsibilities**
- Supervise and lead construction crews, ensuring productivity and efficiency.
- Read and interpret blueprints, project specifications, and work orders.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate materials, equipment, and workforce needs for the job site.
- Monitor work quality and ensure adherence to industry standards.
- Conduct daily toolbox talks and enforce safety procedures.
- Complete or ensure completion all safety paperwork on sitedocs.
- Collaborate with subcontractors and tradespeople to maintain project schedules.
- Troubleshoot and resolve on-site challenges efficiently.
- Maintain detailed site records, including progress reports and safety documentation.
- Assist in workforce training and mentorship of apprentices and labourers
- Perform carpentry and concrete construction tasks with precision and efficiency.
- Install, repair, and maintain structural and finishing components.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Maintain a clean and organized worksite.
- Follow project schedules and deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

**Requirments**
- Journeyman Carpenter
- Own transportation to and from site
- Must successfully complete pre-access drug and alcohol testing
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
- Must have MetGuard Boots.

**Training**
- General Mine Safety Awareness
- SCOT
- Fall Protection

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed

Work Location: In person

Expected start date: 2025-05-12
