**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Answer incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel or department.
- Manage scheduling and appointments for staff members.
- Maintain an organized reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
- Handle cash transactions and assist with cash handling as needed.
- Provide information about products and services, assisting with product demos as necessary.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
- Utilize technology effectively to support daily operations, including POS systems.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service experiences.

**Requirements**:

- Familiar with Direct Billing.
- Proven experience in a customer service role; previous experience as a receptionist is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Proficiency in technology sales or retail sales is advantageous.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures is preferred.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and ability to remain calm under pressure.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Temporary

Pay: $18.00-$20.58 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 40 per week

- 10 hour shift
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift

Work days:

- Every Weekend
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
