As a Coffee Bar Attendant, you’ll provide great guest experiences through warm service and quality beverages. This role focuses on preparing coffee, smoothies and other drinks, serving a bar section, and keeping the bar area clean and welcoming. If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and bring a positive attitude to every shift, we want to hear from you.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Welcome guests with a friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor.
- Offer knowledgeable menu and beverage recommendations, including allergy alternatives.
- Ensure accurate, timely order delivery and resolve any concerns professionally.
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, cocktails, and other beverages to standard.
- Manage all aspects of table/bar service, from order-taking to maintaining clean, stocked stations.
- Accurately process orders and payments using the POS system, adhering to all policies.
- Monitor inventory, maintain compliance with health standards, and communicate effectively with the team.
**Job Requirements**
- Must have a valid ProServe certificate.
- Ability to prioritize and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- A minimum of two years of experience as a bartender, server, or barista is preferred.
- Fluent in both written and verbal English.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs, stoop, and bend. Must be able to stand and move for extended periods to perform essential job functions.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Internship / Co-op
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: $15.00-$19.52 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 16 per week
