We are currently seeking an **Inventory Services Coordinator & Analyst** to work with procurement, warehouse and logistics while ensuring inventory accuracy, integrity, and efficient product delivery.

**Position Overview**
As the **Inventory Services Coordinator & Analyst**, you will be responsible for preparing **velocity reports**, tracking inventory movements, ensuring procurement processes are running smoothly, and maintaining strong communication between logistics, procurement, and warehouse teams. You will also work closely with the Warehouse Manager & procurement Director to implement control measures for managing stock, ensuring the accuracy of inventory data, and supporting efficient order fulfillment.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in logistics, procurement, and inventory control (ideally in food distribution or FMCG sectors).
- Experience preparing and analyzing **velocity reports** to track inventory movement and stock turnover.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Proficiency in verifying pickup and receiving documents for accuracy.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory management software.
- Ability to track open orders, monitor stock levels, and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative mindset and experience working closely with warehouse and logistics teams.
