**Coordinator / Jr. Project Manager**
We’re looking for a Coordinator / Jr. Project Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with some construction experience who’s organised, proactive, and eager to grow. You’ll help keep projects moving—tracking tasks, supporting the construction manger, and making sure the small things don’t fall through the cracks.
**What you’ll do**:
- Help manage schedules, tasks, and documentation
- Support the construction manager and site team
- Assist with subtrade coordination and procurement
- Track RFIs, change orders, and key deliverables
- Use tools like Autodesk Construction Cloud and Jonas Premier (training provided)
- Help keep everyone informed and aligned
**What we’re looking for**:
- Some construction experience (site or office)
- Organised and reliable / proactive and motivated
- Strong communicator—written and verbal
- Comfortable with spreadsheets, documents, and basic project tools
- Eager to learn and take initiative
- Able to juggle tasks without dropping the ball

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $35.00-$40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
