It is crucially important that you know how to clean a home, top to bottom, to begin with.

We work as a group so training and tweaking happen while on the job. The ability to be a quick learner, work well independently and be a team player is crucial. We welcome those interested in the position to message me (403-652-4376) and make arrangements to stop by a clean to see how we work first hand. This is not an easy job but we make it fun and help people along the way. I have a training site to learn about our expectations.

We will start you out on a casual contract (3-8 hours a week). The better a cleaner you are, and if you show initiative, the more hours you will receive. When you commit to a cleaning date you MUST be THERE. We work Monday to Friday and moveout cleans are done on weekends however there is plenty of flexibility because I don't take on a moveout unless I have 4 willing staff to do it. Extra pay is given on commercial and moveout cleans($26/hr). Residential cleans pay $18/hr. Too many companies do the bare minimum. THIS is NOT that style of cleaning company. Expectations are high.

It is important that you understand and are well versed in house cleaning to begin with. We can tweak your skills along the way but preference will always be given to those that have cleaned homes/hotels prior because you must have speed AND accuracy.

This is a fast paced environment so you must be up for the physical challenge. We climb stairs, work on our knees etc.

My goal is to have long term staff and yes, you must have a driver's license. We carpool alot but your shift may start mid-day. Criminal record check required.
