**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business strategies.
- Utilize tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Microsoft SQL Server to create visualizations and reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies to ensure project requirements are met.
- Conduct business analysis to understand stakeholder needs and translate them into technical specifications.
- Design and maintain databases, ensuring data integrity and optimal performance using SQL, Oracle, and R.
- Implement SDLC best practices in data management projects to ensure quality deliverables.
- Develop scripts using Python and VBA for data manipulation and automation of repetitive tasks.
- Document processes using Visio and provide training on analytics tools to team members.
- Participate in project management activities to track progress and deliver results on time.

**Experience**
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong knowledge of data analysis techniques and tools including SQL, R, Python, Tableau, Power BI, Oracle, and Microsoft SQL Server.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management principles is preferred.
- Experience with database design and management is essential.
- Proficient in analytics with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Bash (Unix shell) scripting is a plus. Join us in leveraging data to drive impactful decisions within our organization

Pay: $17.20-$46.75 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
