- Manage each project’s scope and timeline;
- Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups;
- Coach team members in Agile frameworks;
- Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration;
- Act as the point of contact for external communications (e.g., from customers or stakeholders);
- Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles;
- Help:

- teams implement changes effectively;
- build a productive environment where team members “own” the product and enjoy working on it.
- Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint;
- Guide development teams to higher Scrum maturity.

**When it just clicks**:
Does this sound like you?
- Over five years of Scrum Master experience leading Scrum teams;
- PMP and/or Scrum Master certification (CSM) (asset);
- Experience in project/program management with a strong understanding of Agile project management principles and practices;
- Thorough understanding of Agile software development methodologies, values and procedures;
- Highly developed negotiation and influencing skills;
- Superior organizational skills with the ability to coordinate across teams;
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse personality types.
