Position Summary
Major Job Responsibilities- Assign work and provide direction, support and leadership to concession attendants- Provide excellent customer service- Emphasis on food preparation, serving customers and maintaining a sanitary work area- Ensure accurate cash handling; balance cash at end of shift- Follow procedures for the opening and/or closing of concessions- Stock shelves and display items in an organized manner- Maintain equipment in an organized and clean manner- Complete all inventory functions/reports- Assist in orientation and training of concession staff- Assist with orders, deliveries and inventory management- Assist in special events as required- Must be able to lift up to 25lbs- Comply with all health and safety practices as it relates to the work, standard operating guidelines and the Occupational Health & Safety Act- Other duties as assigned
Education & Experience- Minimum grade11 education- Minimum one (1) year experience with food preparation and cash handling- Must possess strong communication and customer service skills- Excellent interpersonal skills- Excellent problem solving and conflict resolution skills as well as mature judgment and diplomacy in sensitive situations- Strong math skills- Excellent planning and organizational skills- Experience using POS is an asset- Standard First Aid/CPR Certification is an asset- Safe Food Handlers Certification is an assetunder the Careers section by 11:59pm on August 24, 2025.
