**Warehouse Assistant**

We are BUSY Are you self motivated, organized, efficient and a quick learner? Are you good at multi-tasking and do you work well in a busy environment? Do you have experience working with inventory? **Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities**
- Receiving including unloading of the truck
- Accurately pick /assemble customer orders
- Inventory inspections, check paperwork, confirm counts
- Ship goods to customers
- Inventory - check for proper labelling, stock shelves in a neat and orderly fashion
- Serve customers when they pick up orders

**Education and Experience**
- Grade 12 education
- Able to use a variety of computer programs
- Strong customer service skills
- Forklift and computerized inventory system experience are assets

**Key Competencies**
- Detail oriented - accuracy is extremely important in this role
- Efficiency - must work efficiently to keep up in this fast-paced environment
- Organized - time management skills are very important in this busy environment with changing priorities and multiple tasks
- Communication - able to communicate effectively with staff at all levels of the organization, as well as customers
- Problem solving skills - you must be able to identify mistakes and bring issues to your supervisor
- Able to handle paperwork effectively
- Physically challenging position; must be able to lift 30lbs regularly, up to 50 lbs.
- Lifting 30-pound boxes good portion of the day
- Walking/standing on concrete floor all day
- Own means of transportation to / from work
