Competencies:
At least 3 years of industry experience with the following:
Microneedling, Advanced facial, Chemical Peel, Microdermabrasion, IPL and Laser Treatments

Understanding the Integumentary System and Advanced Skin Analysis

Treating Hyper-pigmentation

Understanding Galvanic, Ultrasound and High Frequency

1-3 years of experience in the industry as a Clinical Aesthetics Instructor(preferred but not necessary)

Clinical Aesthetics license is required and teaching certificate

Passionate about learning and teaching

Fluent English

Strong training and leadership, organizational and coaching skills

Essential responsibilities

Effective supervise students

Class preparedness, developing lesson plans and course outlines

Regular communication with the school's administrators

Implement school policies consistently

Attend meetings and training sessions

Ensure safety and sanitation during classes
